Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán
Sevilla FC - Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán
The stadium of the Spanish football club Sevilla was built in 1955 and opened 3 years later in 1958. The Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán is named after the former president of the club Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán, he worked for Seville for 17 years and helped with the construction of the stadium. When the stadium was built, it only had standing stands and room for around 70,000 spectators! After a while, many standing stands were converted into stands with seats, which means that capacity is currently much lower; 43,883. Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán is not only used for home games of Seville, the Spanish national team also occasionally play international games in this stadium. Spain never even lost a match here!Seating categories
